My name is Alex Stein and I'm a licensed tour-guide and educator based in Jerusalem (I'm also licensed to drive tourists). Originally from London, I've lived in Israel since 2006, and I'm passionate about its people, history, politics, architecture, and landscapes. Having travelled widely around the world, I can say with confidence that there is nowhere else with so much packed into such a small space - historical cities, deserts, mountains, lakes, beaches, great food, a diverse population, and a tremendous, life-affirming energy.
